On the 9th and 10th of June, the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of the Cantabrian Associations of Family Business (ACEFAM) were held.
The president of the association, Paloma Fernández invited Carlos Tejedor, representative of the Group, to be a candidate for chairperson of the association.
The meeting was divided into two parts, the first being the ordinary workday, discussing reports, balance sheets and income statements of the 2020 financial year. The extraordinary workday then discussed the appointment and renewal of members of the management board, president, vice president, secretary and chairperson.
