3. How did we obtain your data and how long will we retain your personal data?

You provided the personal data through the forms on our website or through contact with personnel in our organisation, and it will be retained as long as necessary to carry out the purposes for which it was collected, unless you exercise your right of erasure or withdrawal of consent. In this case, your data will be blocked and stored to fulfil potential responsibilities arising from the processing in accordance with the legally established deadlines. Regarding the handing of candidates, CVs will be kept for 2 years from the last update thereof. After that point, any CV that has not been updated will be deleted unless you request otherwise.  

 

4. To which recipients will your personal data be transmitted?

Except in cases where your data is processed for the purpose of providing information related to advertising campaigns, the personal data processed may be transmitted to the following recipients:

    • Banks and financial entities.

    • Information agencies for creditworthiness and financial solvency.
