On June 13th and 14th, the VI Regional Family Business Conference, organised by Empresa Familiar de Castilla y León (EFCL), was held.
Entitled ‘Transformation for Growth’, the symposium analysed how family companies have managed to adapt to a changing and global environment to become more competitive.
Carlos Tejedor Lázaro and José Luis Tejedor participated in one of the panel discussions along with Grupo Alibérico. They spoke about the experience of Grupo Tejedor Lázaro and how to approach a topic of considerable importance in these kinds of companies: the succession process.
